Heavy Duty Wheels : IRC heavy duty wheels these wheels are in use all over the world if machining shop floors, or heat metal forging plants the excellent performance allows you to reduce you fuel and energy consumption enormous. The wheels assembled with our best components fabricated steel or cast iron hubs machined as per the latest specification of automobile industry. These wheels are available in the standard sizes below and of course special customer requested sizes.

 

Press on Bands – Polyurethane: IRC polyurethane press on bands are developed for heavy duty wheels and castors. Comported to rubber it gives you a multiple dynamic load and life time. This wheel are in use all over the world if machining shop floors, or heat metal forging plants The excellent performance allows you to reduce you fuel and energy consumption enormous. For more comfort you please use our semi hardness compounds. In case you have a forklift that we have not catered for included in this range are four sizes of blank forklift split wheels which can be machined to your specification upon request.

 

 

Polyurethane Wheels: IRC’s Polyurethane components are versatile and a wide range of products can be made where hard wear and tear, heavy load bearing and water resistant properties are required in the application. The components are widely used in the automotive industry, railway industry, and oil, gas pipelines aviation and for agricultural machinery.

 

Polyurethane is a light weight and very strong material. Size and complexity of a component are rarely a limitation in our products. IRC’s polyurethane products will outlast rubber products by 1 to 10 times rods, sheeting and blocks are easily available. Cost effective due to low cost tooling and long life expectancy resistant to corrosion, oil and chemical, radiation, impact act and abrasion. Products are used in temperatures from 40’c to 120’c. Can be manufactured from a 55 shore A soft grade to 90 shore A hard grade. Can be manufactured in any color.
