These are extended surface dry type filters that offer high efficiency, low resistance and high dust holding capacity.

construction:

high grade synthetic filter media is stitched to make pockets. These pockets are welded at the edges into a rigid, aerodynamic shape. Rigid pockets ensures that the dust cake is not disturbed during fan shut down, therefore there is no loss of pressure drop and efficiency when the fan starts up again. Special spot welded spacers ensure full media utilization.
